Library work component:
  1. Write one to three sentences defining the goal(s) of the training.
  2. Collect or create training materials. This may include essays explaining concepts, step-by-step instruction(s) for processes, etc.
  3. Write a test or activity that when completed demonstrates understanding of content or competency doing a task.
  4. Use these training materials to train a staff member.
  5. Write a paragraph evaluating the training.
  6. Use this evaluation to improve the materials.
  7. Submit to CKLS Head of Continuing Education the written goal(s), original training materials, and test or training activity, evaluation of test or training activity, improved training materials and the filled out CE Project Agreement Evaluation form (Word document).
