Those working on their own Transition Notebooks can borrow a three-ring binder containing the following from the Transition Notebooks produced by the people above.
- Table of contents for Transition Notebook
- Filled out questionnaire
- Unique documents other than board minutes, budget, policies, etc.
A Transition Notebook captures the knowledge of the current librarian to pass on to the next librarian. The CE Project Agreement for the Transition Notebook lists the kinds of information that should be provided in the notebook.
