Purpose: Record process of library director and trustees and programming worthy of passing on to other librarians and trustees. Receives full CKLS CE recognition and $50 of the CE portion of the grant because this is recording knowledge already acquired.

  2. Read three of the following:
Library work component:
  1. Write an essay or 20-question FAQ explaining the project's:
    • original purpose for the library or community,
    • implementation including issues and problems,
    • start-up cost and on-going budget
    • policy requirements
    • benefits to the library and community
    • tips or recommendations for better implementation of the project.

  2. Write step-by-step instructions for implementing the project.
  3. Submit to the Head of Continuing Education:
    • The essay or FAQ,
    • The step-by-step instructions,
    • Documents created during implementation of the project,
    • A filled out CE Project Agreement Evaluation form (Word document)
