Purpose: Record process of library director and trustees and programming worthy of passing on to other librarians and trustees. Receives full CKLS CE recognition and $50 of the CE portion of the grant because this is recording knowledge already acquired.

- Write an essay or 20-question FAQ explaining the project's:
- original purpose for the library or community,
- implementation including issues and problems,
- start-up cost and on-going budget
- policy requirements
- benefits to the library and community
- tips or recommendations for better implementation of the project.
- Write step-by-step instructions for implementing the project.
- Submit to the Head of Continuing Education:
- The essay or FAQ,
- The step-by-step instructions,
- Documents created during implementation of the project,
- A filled out CE Project Agreement Evaluation form (Word document)
