Learning component: Attend a workshop or skim through each resource below. Write down the name of each resource, the supplies recommended in each and a list of the repairs in each.

- A simple book repair manual at tinyurl.com/8ljez (Wayback)
- Identify 20 damaged books with at least 5 different types of damage.
- Skim through the learning resources looking for instructions to repair the 20 books.
- When the proper instructions are found, write down the needed supplies for repairing the books.
- Photograph the damaged books. This can be a group photograph with the damage showing.
- Purchase the supplies needed to repair those books.
- Repair the books following the directions in the workshop or in the manuals above.
- Photograph the repaired books. This can be a group photograph showing the repairs.
- For credit, submit to CKLS Head of Continuing Education
- The photographs of damage and repair.
- A filled-out CE Project Agreement Evaluation form. (Word document)
