Purpose: Create an annual report, tri-fold brochure, newsletter or PowerPoint to communicate the library’s needs and accomplishments to library users. The head of CKLS' Continuing Education recommends doing CE Project Agreement V-C-1 (001) "Create your library's message" before this project.

- Annual report of the library’s message
- Brochure promoting the library or a specific service or program
- Newsletter
- PowerPoint presentation to the city council or other organization
- Distribute or use in a presentation these two promotional materials.
- Describe how you used the two items you have created.
- To receive credit for completing this project, submit the following.
- Email as attachments the two promotional materials to the Head of Continuing Education.
- A description of how the promotional materials were used.
- A filled out CE Project Agreement Evaluation form (Word document)
