I. To provide and maintain a currect collection of materials in both print and electronic formats to fill requests for the community.

II. To serve the community and surrounding area.

III. To provide services for locating and borrowing materials from other institutions.

IV. To improve the quality of services to special segments of the community and surrounding area.

V. to provide reference service to meet the informational needs of the community and surrounding area.

VI. To offer the use of electronic technology to relevant areas of library services.

VII. To strive consistently to discover new methods and improvements for better service for the library patrons.
