   • Who read the learning material.
     
   • Who participated in writing the mission statement.
   
   
   • The first version of the statement.
   
   
   • The final version of the statement.
   
   
   • Discussion of the issues bringing about the change from the first statement to the final statement.
   
   
   • Describe two current or future library services expressing this mission statement and how these services help the community
   
   
   • A filled out CE Project Agreement Evaluation form (Word document)
